Production Process of Lithium Hydride

In our sales process, many friends are interested in the production process of lithium hydride, today I will explain  the production process of lithium hydride .

First of all, the lithium metal needs to be loaded into the reaction kettle, vacuum to 1 × 10 - 3 Pa, to the reaction kettle power supply heating, when the reaction kettle heating to 400 ℃ or so ready to gas supply, with a certain flow rate into the purified hydrogen to maintain a certain pressure in the reaction kettle. When the temperature rises to the hydrogen absorption temperature, stop heating and holding until there is no hydrogen absorption reaction. When the rate of hydrogen absorption becomes slow, continue to increase the temperature to ensure that no hydrogen absorption reaction. Then the lithium hydride is filtered dry by centrifuge.
